There has been so much hype about new changes occurring on the social networking site, Facebook. Lately, it seems that I have been seeing new features each time I log in. But, according to CNN.com, more changes are about to be made. These changes are not going to be minuscule, either. Will these changes be extravagant enough for Facebook users to want to stay, or will they become frustrated and leave?
To me, the changes seem beneficial. The new and updated page will have a format called “Facebook Timeline”. This site will have a cover page, along with a timeline that is supposed to be similar to a scrapbook, which will be “documenting your entire life”. Apparently, this change will take some time (maybe a few hours) to figure out, but it seems well worth it.
Since there has been small tweaking to Facebook in the past several months, many people have gone around saying that it was time for their Facebook page to go bye-bye. Personally, I haven’t noticed anyone leaving yet. But, with all the changes that are coming, will people really decide to leave the Facebook community. And, if so, where will they go?
